associate post with another

Hi all…. I’m building a site for an art gallery, and I have each of the artists as a post, using title as name, post body as bio, and an image gallery. I’m also have an exhibit section, where each post is an exhibit. How can I generate a list with each artist post of which exhibits they’re in? I can’t figure out how to link one dynamically built piece to another.
