Assistant not working?

You can include an assistant in several different ways:

Use the following format to invoke the primary or alternate assistant:

[chatbot style=”floating” assistant=”primary”]

[chatbot style=”embedded” assistant=”alternate”]

Or you can name an assistant directly:

[chatbot style=”floating” assistant=”asst_123…abc”]

[chatbot style=”embedded” assistant=”asst_123…abc”]

Thank you so much, Stephen! I do. I had the wrong short code but – my gpt is supposed to render images upon certain prompts and that’s not working.

I see what you mean! The chatbot is currently disabling links for security purposes. However, you and another user are interested in allowing images. I’ll have to work on this.

Hi, Stephen. I appreciate your efforts :-). I just changed the script so it would pull the image from Open AI and it’s still not working. One of the most important functionalities of this chatbot is to be able to display images. Is it possible to make this work?

I was looking again at the link to the image that was returned to the bot.

Is it always:

I’m look at your example and gathering information from another user that is returning images.

Any insight you can provide would be great!

Yes. It would be whatever the direct path was. I may add images/update the chatbot which would change the URL structure folder date but that’s it. I’m going to change the script back to what it was incase you need to test.

I think I have a working version now.  In the image below, I retrieved both a link and image.

I have a bit more testing to do, but I should be pushing Version 1.9.1 out shortly that will incorporate this.

I can’t thank you enough for the information you supplied.? It put me on the trail to solve this challenge.

If you give it a try, make sure the clear cache on your server and in your browser to confirm that this is working as expected.
