Assistance with Shortcodes

I have the following shortcode on a page. The shortcode is intended to show coming events for the next 7 days. It shows all upcoming events. Like the one next to it that is supposed to show all of them. It seems like the shortcodes have problems in the data or something because they simply don’t always do what you they think they will.
