Assistance with online SHOP

Just wondering if I can get some advice and how to do. I am maintaining a wbe site for a sport association. Currently we have a shop which has memberships and merchandise. We have had feed back that it is confusing to find memberships and the committee was wondering whether we can have two type shops on the one sight or a better way of having maybe two areas but one shop? Any thoughts and how to do would be appreciated.
