assistance with excluding taxonomies

I’m struggling with Yoast XML sitemap generation and a child theme created using the theme Divi. When I test the sitemap in Google search console, Google is saying that there are errors with invalid dates.
I also see that there are 3 unusual files in my sitemap index (see https://quirkycruise.com/sitemap_index.xml). I am trying to exclude these via your instructions on this page: https://kb.yoast.com/article/299-how-to-customize-the-sitemap-index#taxonomy
I clearly am not sure how to exclude multiple taxonomies. When I tried excluding just the “scope,” it didn’t work. Can you point me to help files for this or offer any suggestions? Thank you!
