Assistance Required: Unable to Add/Edit Courses in Tutor LMS Pro After Update

We have the Tutor LMS Pro version installed on WordPress 6.7.1, and we are using the Edumall theme. My colleague, who is also an admin, was previously able to add/edit courses via Tutor LMS Pro > Courses > + Add New. However, after updating to version 3.0, she can no longer perform this action.
Here are the steps we have already tried to resolve the issue:
- Cleared the website cache using the caching plugin and purged all caches.
- Cleared browser cookies and cache.
- Performed a hard reload.
- Tested using the Microsoft Edge browser.
- Tested in Chrome’s Incognito mode.
- Inspected the browser console for errors, but no errors were found.
- She tried using another laptop that she had never logged into before, but the issue persists.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. To troubleshoot further:
- I logged into her account on my PC, and the “Add New” button works perfectly fine for me.
- I provided her with my login credentials, but when she logs in on her PC, the “Add New” button still does nothing.
- When I use her account on my PC, it works as expected.
This issue seems isolated to her environment, as the functionality works for her account on other devices.
