    Hi,

    We have the Tutor LMS Pro version installed on WordPress 6.7.1, and we are using the Edumall theme. My colleague, who is also an admin, was previously able to add/edit courses via Tutor LMS Pro > Courses > + Add New. However, after updating to version 3.0, she can no longer perform this action.

    Here are the steps we have already tried to resolve the issue:

    1. Cleared the website cache using the caching plugin and purged all caches.
    2. Cleared browser cookies and cache.
    3. Performed a hard reload.
    4. Tested using the Microsoft Edge browser.
    5. Tested in Chrome’s Incognito mode.
    6. Inspected the browser console for errors, but no errors were found.
    7. She tried using another laptop that she had never logged into before, but the issue persists.

    Despite these efforts, the issue persists. To troubleshoot further:

    • I logged into her account on my PC, and the “Add New” button works perfectly fine for me.
    • I provided her with my login credentials, but when she logs in on her PC, the “Add New” button still does nothing.
    • When I use her account on my PC, it works as expected.

    This issue seems isolated to her environment, as the functionality works for her account on other devices.

    Could you please help us identify and resolve this strange issue?

    Since their team took a long time to get back to me, I tried to find a solution myself. We are using the Edumall theme, which includes the Tutor LMS Pro plugin, along with the free version of Tutor LMS installed on the website. The version of Tutor LMS Pro was 2.7.6, while the free version had been updated to 3.1.0. To resolve the issue, I rolled back the free version to 2.7.6, and the problem was fixed. I am now waiting for them to update the Edumall theme to include the latest compatible version of the plugin.
