We have thoroughly reviewed the product details in our Google Merchant Center (GMC), and there are no indications of issues such as limited listings or GTIN errors. All products are marked as active and approved in GMC. However, we are encountering an intermittent issue:

When we search for our products between 1 PM to 2 PM India time, the listings appear as expected. Outside this time window, the same products are not visible in the free listing section.

Additionally, we want to bring to your attention that:

• We manage two other websites using the Google Shopping WooCommerce Plugin, and they exhibit the same issue.
• Conversely, websites using a different feed generation tool (CTX Feed) and directly connected to GMC do not face this problem.

This leads us to believe that the issue may be related to the Google Shopping WooCommerce Plugin. Could you please investigate further and provide a resolution? If you require any additional details or access to specific accounts to troubleshoot, kindly let us know.

As it turns out, your Merchant Center account is linked to a 3P Storebuilder as your Product Management provider. 

Due to the nature of the integration between the service provider and Google Merchant Center, all changes leading to a resolution should be executed via the Product Management platform, therefore Google is limited in providing support. Our agents do not have visibility on how to guide you through this process in order to provide resolution and thus, we recommend that you reach out directly to your 3P storebuilder.

The point is that in our management of sources, an additional one with the website domain name has been created, and now this is causing a conflict because 45 products were transferred without prices, with incorrect IDs, and so on. In other words, the plugin has created an additional resource, causing conflicts! Before, everything was fine, the Content API was the main one, but now there is the Content API plus an additional one with the website domain.

I fix my ! Google has automatically enabled a function that automatically searches for products on the site and adds them to Free Listing, which guarantees errors in prices, descriptions, and so on. Anyone who has duplicate products should disable this feature in their sources.

As previously mentioned, all our products are approved and active in GMC. Despite this, we are facing an intermittent visibility issue where our products only appear in the free listing section between 1 PM to 2 PM India time. Outside this timeframe, the listings disappear.

Thanks for continuing to reach out on this issue. Let’s see if we can figure out what’s going on with your site and Google listings.

First, can you share a link to your website so we can take a look at the type of products that are being listed?

Second, can you tell us more about how you create and update products on your website? To be clear, the Google for WooCommerce plugin should not make any changes to your GMC listings unless either a) 30 days has passed, so we need to ping the listing to keep it active, or b) you have made changes to the product, for example the price or description. Are you perhaps making blanket changes to products – perhaps importing new prices or inventory – on a daily basis? Or even multiple times a day?

Third, can you share a screenshot from your site of what you see on the dashboard under Marketing > Google for WooCommerce on the “Product Feed” tab?

Lastly, please check under WooCommerce > Status on the “Logs” tab, which should contain log files for Google for WooCommerce showing all sync activities. How often are your products syncing? Are all products syncing every day, or even multiple times a day? Please choose a sample product and use its ID to give us an idea of how often it appears in the log files, and how often it is syncing.

1. Products synced using your Google for WooCommerce plugin are not appearing in the free listing section of Google Merchant Center (GMC).
2. The product sync process is not occurring daily as expected.

These issues are affecting three of our sites that use your plugin. However, another store, which was created by directly setting up GMC (not using your plugin), is working well with free listings. This suggests the issue may be related to the plugin rather than the GMC setup itself.

I checked your site and I can see that you sell clothing products.
These product should not have any problem syncing with Google Merchant Center.

Could you answer the questions asked in the last response:

Second, can you tell us more about how you create and update products on your website? To be clear, the Google for WooCommerce plugin should not make any changes to your GMC listings unless either a) 30 days has passed, so we need to ping the listing to keep it active, or b) you have made changes to the product, for example the price or description. Are you perhaps making blanket changes to products – perhaps importing new prices or inventory – on a daily basis? Or even multiple times a day?

Third, can you share a screenshot from your site of what you see on the dashboard under Marketing > Google for WooCommerce on the “Product Feed” tab?

Lastly, please check under WooCommerce > Status on the “Logs” tab, which should contain log files for Google for WooCommerce showing all sync activities.

After reviewing the System Status Report, I noticed you are using the?Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce?plugin. May I ask for what purpose it is installed? I am trying to confirm that there is no functionality overlap between Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce and Google for WooCommerce.

I also noticed that you have installed Header Footer Code Manager and WPCode Lite plugins.
Could you tell me what custom code is added via these plugins?
Sharing screenshots would help in better understanding.
