    Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the “Flexible Quantity – Measurement Price Calculator for WooCommerce” plugin on my website. Whenever I enter a value in the square meter (m2) field, I receive the following error message: “Enter the multiple of the digit 1.”

Here are the details of the problem:

    • Description of the Issue:
      • The error occurs when entering a value (e.g., 16.00) in the square meter (m2) field on the product page.
      • The input seems to only accept multiples of the digit 1, which is not practical for our product pricing calculations.

Steps I Have Taken to Resolve the Issue:

    1. Checked the product settings to ensure the input field is correctly configured.
    2. Verified that the plugin settings allow the input format needed (e.g., decimals).
    3. Updated the plugin to the latest version.
    4. Reviewed the plugin documentation for any relevant settings or configurations.
    5. Searched online for similar issues and potential solutions.

Could you please provide guidance on how to configure the plugin to accept decimal values or any format other than strict multiples of 1? If this requires a custom code snippet or specific settings adjustment, detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking forward to your assistance in resolving this issue as it is critical for the accurate pricing of our products.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,

    Mazdak

    Hi mazdak23

Ok, many thanks. Could you tell me why it’s practical in your case to enter multiples in this format (16.00)? No one has reported this so far, and we would like to know the potential of such a possibility. I am raising the question of a possible plugin modification.

    Hi,

Thank you for your message. In the field of tile sales, it is common for customers to need to enter specific quantities that may not be whole numbers, such as 16.55 square meters. This is because tile quantities are often calculated to cover specific areas that rarely conform to whole numbers. Ensuring that users can enter decimal values is crucial for accuracy in orders and estimates. This functionality is important to meet the practical needs of our customers and provide precise measurements and pricing.

If it’s possible to address this issue with a code modification, I would appreciate it if you could provide the necessary code.
