Assigning to user

    Hi! I have installed and set up the plugin, and it’s working perfectly when I’m logged in as super administrator. When I try to allow any other user ( contributor, author, shop manager, regardless), there’s no YITH tab on their dashboard. Could you please help me with this?

    Hi oktagon,
    to make one of your users a operator of the chat, you need to go the user profile and select “YITH Live Chat Operator” in the “Role” menu. In the FREE version, this kind of user will have the same authorization of an “Editor”; in the PREMIUM version, you are able to change this value.
