Assigning templates (functions) for a particular user

Hi

I have developed few templates (different functions) to assign each pages in the wordpress . All these templates are resides under theme folder.

I want to restrict some templates for specific users. Of course wordpress admin will be able to access all admin tasks. but I want to create a “Master” account with more templates and another account with few permissions of templates.

May I know , is this possible in wordpress ? Can somebody help me on this please ?
