Assigning pages to non clickable top level menus

    I created navigation top level menus that are NOT clickable (url = #) and some pages with content.

    How do I assign each page to a parent top-level menu that is not a page?

    I can see pages may have parent pages but in this case parent are not pages but top level menu titles.

    I finally figured out that I had to drag and drop pages under the menu items…

    Solved.
