Assigning multiple categories to a post

  • So I’ve been using Gravity Forms for Frontend Submissions and ACF for some extra backend stuff.

    I’ve stumbled across ACF Frontend and I’m trying to set up a post submission screen with ACF Frontend only – only issue I’m currently facing is that I can’t choose more than one category for the post.

    Is there any quick way in how to fix that? I’ve set up a field group in ACF with all needed conditional logic and it works perfectly fine from the backend, just not via ACF Frontend.

    so apparently the categories were set to the submission page instead of the submitted post.

    I hope there is any possibility to assign the selected categories to the post that is being submitted.

    then when hitting submit, the post is uncategorized.
