• Hello,
    We used to be able to create a Doc and then assign it to multiple groups at once.
    Now, we can only see the list of groups and choose one.

    Hi @cdubia,

    I’m not sure what interface you were using to assign a doc to multiple groups; it was not the intended behavior. It definitely wasn’t on the front end, which has always used a select input. Maybe you were editing docs from the WP Admin interface? (This is not recommended, by the way, especially creating new docs.)

    If you can give me more information, maybe we can find the old loophole to exploit again.

    Regrettably I our staging server does not show the behavior.
    the way that it did work, though was that when a Student or Teacher (our users) was in one of their groups and created a doc (no admin interface) they had the ability to select multiple groups to publish the document to, if they belonged to multiple groups.

    The configuration now, is that there is simply a dropdown list of groups that you can assign the doc to…Choose one only.

    We would like to have the option of being able to select multiple groups.

    Can you do that?
