Assigning a gallery to a specific page – I'm not sure if I'm searching correctly

    I’m sure the answer is on here somewhere, but I’m having trouble coming up with the exact answer I’m looking for.

    I’m trying to mimic a gallery that links to posts by creating a thumbnail and a title below the thumbnail.

    Basically I want to do this:
    https://www.yetibite.com/portfolio/

    I found it searching through wordpress sites and It’s exactly what I want! Have an answer? Or know of a post in this forum that answers the question? I looked through the code, but I can’t seem to find out what plugin, or whatever this site is using.
