Assign to user and also show role of customer

    Hi guys

    Is there any way to assign orders to a specific user in zoho?

    Also can you send across the customer role to zoho as we have custom role types.

    you can create owner assignment rule in zoho

    are you talking about zoho user’s role ?

    Thanks, I need to do this:

    Customer with user role “education” (custom user role) I need to somehow tell zoho this user role. So im telling Zoho “this order was made by a customer with the role ‘eduction'” for example. And if user has role “professional” it will do the same.

    And we have different users in zoho so the orders from this particular site need to be assigned to them & not others.
