    Can I assign tickets to product authors?
    If my products are linked to a subscription or set timespan I’m assuming that customers will loose access to submitting further tickets when their membership runs out?
    Can I set a limit on how many tickets can be submitted based on each product?

    Is there a function I can add so if a user is linked to a product and an email is sent for the product or user that only that user can see the tickets? I really need a way to automate the help desk system. It does everything else that need. I don’t want to have someone manually assign tickets.
