Assign Tasks by User Roles

  • Hi, can I assign tasks by user roles instead of individual. For example, create a task and make it available for all contributors to work on and complete until all slots that I set for that task is completed?

    Hi @multimastery,

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the delay in response from my side.

    Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to assign tasks by user roles and is only possible to assign individually or assign to certain teams.

    A recommendation might be to create a new team and assign all the users from that role, then only having to assign the team to the tasks. Do you think this would help?
