Assign leads equally to group of users?

    Hi guys,

    Is it possible to somehow assign leads to a selected set of users equally and automatically as they come into the system via contact form? So each user receives the same number of leads as the next.

    Hello!
    Did you use the Auto Lead Management section? If you do not need some other functions, describe in more detail what you want to do.

    Thanks for your reply! I actually haven’t used it at all yet – just came across your plugin while searching for a CRM plugin with that functionality.

    Basically – if I have say 10 users, and I want incoming leads to be distributed evenly to a group of 5 of them, then in that group the leads should be auto-assigned to 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 then 5 then 1 then 2… etc.

    I assume that’s doable?

    Yes it is doable. For example, in the form you can add a hidden field with the values A B C F D, and distribute the leads along this attribute.
