Assign dashboard item to other users

  • Hi!
    I’m using the YITH chat plugin, and can’t make it visible to other users in the back-end, regardless of their role. It’s only visible to the super administrator, and is working perfectly. I’ve also tried with a Menu editor and Capabilities Manager plugin to assign it to the specific user roles, but no success. Is there some sort of a workaround?
