• Hey guys, it seems like the “assign a category” is not working. Only the “product” one is working properly.

    Any ideas? I saw that you solve it in several cases already!

    Can you please tell us that, you try to assign the category on our default template or on the custom templates?

    We have tried to open your site but it’s not working.

    Note: Please make sure that you are using our latest plugin version.

    If you are using any custom theme or page template then please share the System Report with us? It helps us to reproduce your query on our local server.

    For system report, Go to -> Woocommerce -> Status and click on Get system report and paste here.

    Can you please share more detail to troubleshoot your query in detail so we can reproduce the error?

    We have tested the latest version of WooCommerce, WordPress, and Size chart plugin with the default woocommerce template, and it’s working fine.

    Please make sure that you have selected the proper settings.
