Assign a Customer Number?

Is there a way to assign a number to a specific winner? Like if after they spin and win, in their email it could assign a number to display inside, in addition to displaying their name, what they won, and the prize code?

In the contest we’re doing we’re having people come into our store and display the email they received. In order to keep people from showing us the same email twice, we would like to have that extra layer of verification. Is this possible? If not in the free version, is that available in the Pro version?
