Ok, I need help. For some reason, which I am yet to be able to figure out, a couple of sales for a new vendor on my site did not get registered to his account so when he looks in his dashboard, the orders do not show up. When I look up commissions for this vendor, the orders are not listed and hence show he is not owed any commissions even though he definitely is. I need to know how I can manually add an order to the commissions table/section so that it shows up for this vendor in his dashboard and he know he has a commission coming. Any help appreciated!

    Hi @multicolormedia ,

We cannot add data manually within the commissions table manually, doing such would create some vulnerability to the system. Please ensure that the product that has been purchased is assigned to them, that is the only way they will receive or record the commission for a certain vendor.

I hope for your kind understanding regarding this and please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance with this.

It was definitely assigned to them, thats what makes no sense. What about adding it through phpmyadmin, is that a possibility?

    Hi @multicolormedia,

We don’t recommend using this method. Instead, you may manually recreate the order for the product. You may refer to WooCommerce’s guide for managing orders – https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
