assets/icomoon.css not applied to child theme

    Hello @kylebronsdon,

    Please try to change in functions.php, at line 126
    from get_stylesheet_directory_uri
    to get_template_directory_uri

    Let me know if this fixed the issue.

    I actually have that function commented out, but the error persists enabling it with that change.

    Hello,

    You should do that modification in the parent theme, not in the child one.

    Can you please try again?

    I suspect there is a slight misconfiguration of the child theme setup

    Ah! I beg your pardon, changing that line in the parent theme does resolve the error. Where would you suggest I look for the misconfiguration in the child theme? Just to clarify, the line in the child functions.php file is commented out – just an old experiment.

    Actually, it appears Decode isn’t child ready Meaning, it doesn’t fully support child themes. We’ll fix this in a future update.
