    Hi,

I have hummingbird set up with page cache and asset optimization and for a few days everything is fine.

However, every so often I go to my site and find that the style is completely broken.

When this happens, clearing just the page cache seems to fix it. When comparing the broken and fixed code, they are calling two different hummingbird combined stylesheets. No other users made changes to the website.

How can I ensure that page cache is always using the most recent optimized styles sheet?

I have seen this behavior on 2 different websites with two different themes on two different hosts.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @joels341,

I hope you are doing well today!

You can enable “Clear full cache when post page is updated” to make sure it is using the latest version of the files on Hummingbird->Caching->Page Caching->Settings
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hummingbird/#clear-full-cache-when-post-page-is-updated

    Kind regards,
    Zafer

    Hi @wpmudevsupport15

Thank you for your quick response.

    This setting was already set.
So, this does not explain why page cache and asset cache fall out of sync.

Any other ideas? If I cannot guarantee to my clients that their site style will not randomly disappear, then I will have to switch to another caching plugin. ??

    Best,
    Joel

    Hi @joels341,

So, this does not explain why page cache and asset cache fall out of sync.

This happens due to the existing set of plugins causing a conflict.

Could we know whats the version of WordPress you are currently running? I could notice errors related to Optimizepress when I check your website.

If its the latest version of WP that you are running ie v 6.1.1, then you could check whether excluding the files related to OptimizePress from Asset Optimization on the Hummingbird side makes any difference or not.

You’ll have to switch to “Manual” mode in Asset Optimization to find all the files related to OptimizePress.

Please do check and see whether that helps.

    Kind Regards,
