    Hi!

I tested the Hummingbird plugin in our development environment and it worked perfectly. So I proceeded to install and configure it in the production environment. Unfortunately, in the production environment the asset optimization does not work, not even a little bit. The files keep spinning even when we have loaded all the web pages.
Could you please help us with this problem?

    Thanks in advance!
    Best

    Hello @lizmcruz !

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this issue!

This may be caused by some additional caching that may be present on the live site. Things such as CloudFlare, server-side cache etc. may get in the way and prevent the requested files from being processed. That’s my best guess at the moment. A possible fix here would be to recheck the files in Asset Optimisation and clear all of such caches.

If you can, please also share a link to your site so we can take a look and see what may be happening there.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel
