    I am seeing this message “We’ve completed the file check but haven’t been able to load the files. Please try clearing your object cache, refresh the page and wait a few seconds to load the files, or visit your homepage to trigger the file list to show. If you continue to have problems, please open a ticket with our support team.”

    I have followed it and waited and reloaded the Homepage but no asset files are showing.

    Hope you are doing good and am sorry to know about the issue.

    Since the site with issue was not mentioned, I wasn’t able to check this issue further. Can you please confirm if you have cleared all the cache including the server-side cache and checked again? If you have connected the site with Cloudflare, please make sure to clear the cache at the Cloudflare end as well.

    If the issue still persists, please consider trying a conflict test and make sure no other plugin or theme is causing the issue. The following flowchart might come in handy while doing the test: https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif
