I am unfamiliar with this plugin. However we have gotten the CDN to work with 3rd party plugins like W3 Total Cache and WP Rocket.

For those plugins, you enable the CDN and put your CDN url that is generated when you add your site.

Your CDN URL will look something like this :

    https://<UNIQUE TO YOU>.wpcdn.shift8cdn.com

sorry, maybe I’m asking obvious questions … but in the settings of Asset CleanUp Pro there is an item called cdn where there are two lines For Stylesheet (.css) Files: and for JavaScript (. js) Files: … with explanation 1 Enable CDN URL rewrite?
    This applies to files saved in wp-content/cache/asset-cleanup/ … 2 e.g. / / css-zone-name.kxcdn.com
    zone-name.kxcdn.com etc. … 3 e.g. //js-zone-name.kxcdn.com
zone-name.kxcdn.com etc. … your plugin is also enabled on my site … tell me how to fill in these lines correctly … and do I need to fill them out

Can you post a screenshot of that settings page? I can offer a suggestion once I can see the screenshot.
