Asset cleanup page plugin/ Auto optimize

When I installed the asset clean-up page plugin and enabled minify option on the w3 cache the page of my website got disrupted. It affected Astra’s theme, elementor headers going to the sides. So I uninstalled the asset clean-up plug-in. Then I disabled the w3 total cache minify option in the setting and re-enabled it and reinstalled the asset cleanup plugin, now the header footers and other things on the website are looking alright. But many times if I use other plugins to minify the trouble arises. Not sure if there are any problems with minifying which affect Astra, elementor headers and so on. Also face the same issue with auto-optimize plugin
