Asset cleanup page plugin

When I installed the asset clean-up page plugin and enabled minify option on the w3 cache the page of my website got disrupted. It affected Astra’s theme, elementor headers going to the sides. So I uninstalled the asset clean-up plug-in. Then I disabled the w3 total cache minify option in the setting and re-enabled it and reinstalled the asset cleanup plugin, now the header footers and other things on the website are looking alright. But many times if I use other plugins to minify the trouble arises. Not sure if there are any problems with minifying which affects Astra, elementor headers and so on
