Asset Clean Up plugin breaks WooCommerce product editor

  • Asset Clean up plugin breaks WooCommerce post (product) edit screen when updating product attributes. That has been happening since the last 3 updates. The issue persists even if the option “Hide all meta boxes for the following public post types” >> “product” post type is selected.

    My “File Management” retrieval method settings is defined as “Dashboard” >> “Direct”, which is another issue itself, as I’m using WP Cerber Security plugin the “WP Remote Post” method stopped working and that seems to be blocked. WP Cerber security plugin advices unblocking special requests by their query strings, but regarding Assets Clean Up plugin, I’m not sure how that is managed underlying the plugin settings.

    @designroom please send me a print screen or video of the issue as it would be much better to understand what’s going on there! You can use a service such as https://imgbb.com/. I’ll make a few tests and let you know the outcome. If you can send me your “System Info” from “Tools” (Asset CleanUp’s menu) privately that would be good as it could be another plugin interfering with Asset CleanUp and WooCommerce, you never know.
