Assessment question with different scores for each selection

  • Hi and thanks so much—this plugin is really fantastic!

    I have a question like this:

    Weakest 1 2 3 4 5 Strongest

    I need each to be scored differently depending on the choice

    1= -1 points
    2= 0 points
    3= 1 point
    4= 3 points
    5= 1 point

    How would I set this up on this back end? This is what I have now,
    but it only gives me the same number of points with any selection:

    Weakest { [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] } Strongest
