Aspire theme won’t open target=_blank in new tab

  • Does anyone know how I set the Aspire theme from Info Creek open links I specify with target=”_blank” in a new tab or window? I have tried so many things for the last three days, and just realized today, after switching themes, that it is the theme preventing that code from working.

    Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
