• I have used this plug in for over 2 years with a few issues.

    This plug in is the one that has caused the most critical errors on my website in this time.

    Shortly after downloading I was working with support to fix things on my website, a day later my site broke and had to be rewound a few days to a back up, causing me a lot of loss of time and issues. Cannot verify it was support that did this, but I have never had the problem before or since.

    This plug in often causes critical errors when woocommerce updates.
    Currently I have run into issues where it stops the checkout button from working on the site so no customers can place an order. In the past I have had issues that arise when trying to create new orders through the backend.

    Even though I purchased a life long use of the Pro plug in, the developers are not allowing me access to the updates that they are producing to fix the bugs that arise with new woocommerce updates. They say that I need a “support” membership in order to just download the plug in update that is required for it to work.

    Super Greedy, I have no other experiences like this with any other plug ins, do you stand by your product or not?

    Upsetting as I was curious about adding other WPswing plug ins and I now know to stay away.

    The developers also will not update the 1-star review I posted on their personal page and are trying to hide their deceptive practices.

    We are not happy that you faced issues with the plugin. We also are not aware if you get connected with support or not, if you did just connect with them again, we are assuring your issues will be fixed.

    Coming to the issues raised from your end, let me tell you that if you use any older version than definately plugin will create issues, we never charge extra but if your service is expired than you need to check as per instructions

    For any small requests we always try to help and fix that as soon as possible,

    So again we request you to please connect to support and check, it will surely be resolved

    Hopefully you are telling the truth because I was told I could not get assistance when I contacted support before posting my review.

    I am not even asking for help with my specific website, I just wanted the most recent update when I was already a pro member

    Customer support told me the same thing.

    I need to purchase support in order to have the most recent version of the pro plug in released.

    I purchased a life long license for use of the plugin pro version and now I am being told I need to pay a yearly fee to have access to the updates that will allow me to use it.

    GREEDY.

    Do not give these folks your data, money or time. Go with any other plug in company that will actually help support you

    I’d give 0 stars if I could.
    They also refuse to release my 1 star review on their website. Hiding reviews is poor procedure and does not leave me with confidence with my website.
