Asks credentials even after SMTP connection

After completing the howto and connected to my google apps mail thorugh oauth, the plugin still says: “Gmail SMTP plugin cannot send email until you enter your credentials in the settings and grant access to your web application.”

I clicked grant access, gave access. And still. Test mail are not being sent.

I appreciate any help, I don’t have working emails currently on my Woocommerce shop :/
