Asking me to select shipping during checkout when I already have selected

Hi
During checkout, I cannot proceed. The error comes: “You need to select shipping” and “User respond is missing”.
So I disabled the recaptha for woocommerce checkout.
The “User respond is missing” dissapeared. But the “You need to select shipping” is still there.
I have updated all plugins, but still not working.
I have two payment options. Klarna and Paypal. With paypal there are no problem.
