Askimet privacy plugin module / Help

In Germany is a huge problem transferring user data to a server in the USA without the explicit permission (opt in) of the user, this happens for example by using the famous askimet plugin. I found a solution with a workaround for german users here:

I am no coder at all, could anybody provide me a module for contact form 7, that deals with the plugin? Seems that the only code to be executed is

do_action( 'akismet_privacy_policies' );

before the send button. Any Help is gladly appreciated. I believe that this could be useful for a lot of german users of the beautiful contact form 7 plugin.
