Askimet ask me for an API key but reject it

    Hello there

    I’m runing WordPress in my localhost for the first time because i gonna use a contracted server. Is my first time with WP but i have a WP.com over 3 years ago.

    Now i’m triying to activate WordPress.com Stats and ask me about an API key from WP.com. Of course i use my current API and Stats say:

    The API key “************” belongs to the WordPress.com account of “junihh”. If this is not your account, please re-enter your API key.
    [Re-enter API key]

    Of course i know that key belong to me, but how to make that Stats understand to activated that API ???.

  • It doesn’t work with localhost. No point to use it for that, because no one can leave a comment beside your self or local network computers that can access your localhost server.
