Asked for Support for Paid Plugin, NO Response

  • I emailed you about 3 weeks ago looking for support and no one has replied. My client, The Truth About Lending is having issues with the plugin, and I need help.

    The issue is that the only calculator that works is the conventional calculator. All other says “Warning: You are NOT subscribed to view this calculator”.

    I have paid for this plugin for both of her sites, which is thetruthaboutlending.com and hipotecasenflorida.com and the problem is on both sites.

    Can someone reply to me with help?

    Don’t recall seeing your inquiry other than the one you just sent with this inquiry but please confirm you have the premium plugin downloaded:
    https://mortgagecalculatorsplugin.com/premium

    And you’ve entered your license key in the premium tab. If you’ve done both of those things and you’re still having an issue send us your login details through our support portal and we’ll have a look.

    Uploaded the new version of the plugin and that fixed the issue!
