Ask to login when buttons on product page is clicked

I want to prompt the user to login when he clicks any of the two buttons on the product page. for example https://voltronicpower.com/en-US/Product/Detail/Axpert-EX-1.5KVA-3KVA in this page the user must get registered or login to inquire about the product.
