    Hi!

    We have created a webinar and we want users to enter only thru the web browser. But sometimes not always when user enter this view appears:

    Asking for link or TK

    so we were wondering why is this happening or if there is a way to avoid this appearing.

    Hi there,

    Can you paste a screenshot of the issue or provide the link of the page so that i can get a better idea of this. I’m seeing this for the first time so, not sure what to suggest right now.
