As of right now, it uses the default WordPress User Registration page, or wp-login.php and there is no shortcode at this time. This is done to ensure security and integrity are maintained along with compatibility so it won’t break other plugins. You can customize the registration/login pages much to your own liking if you so desire.

On further review if you are unfamiliar with WordPress you go to the general settings on the admin page and make sure the Members – Anyone Can Register is checked first so new users can register for the site. If you have a menu on the front page and you want to encourage new users to sign up make sure you include the meta widget of the front end so users have access to the login/registration form page. Then you can add new fields or existing fields with my plugin to that page. You can also add custom images/colors css to the page along with custom messages. And at this point there are currently no plans in place to deviate from the WordPress standard registration page as it could create security and compatibility issues.

Here is an example of what you can do to customize the default WordPress Registration Form: Creative Software Design Solutions Registration Form Screenshot

The bottom part of the form is there, it is just cut off from the screenshot because it needs to scroll down by the way

Here is one with 75% zoom so you can see the whole form
