Asian Characters

    If I upload the file name in Asian characters(UTF8) such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean, I cannot get the correct file name for download.
    Chrome browser can handle correctly but Internet Explorer dose not.

    Will you please advise your policy about Non-Latin-characters?
