Ascetica – featured image thumbnail

Hi, I’m building my website-blog using the Ascetica theme in www.remarpro.com and the featured image thumbnail doesn’t appear as it did in WordPress.com. Anyone of you folks know how to add them in www.remarpro.com?

Here you can see the thumbnail as it appears in WordPress.com.
