Ascent theme Image header & Logo Problems

I’ve attempted to add a new logo and header image but each time I select the image and click on the save (or save and crop) the media library just goes white and nothing happens.

I’ve tried using different browsers but that doesn’t work.

Does any one have any suggestions?
