Had a bit of a hiccup installing the new version 1.4, but nothing deactivate/reactivate couldn’t resolve.

I have a bigger problem with the ASN block. Firstly, I can only get the plugin to save one number.

Secondly, I don’t know whether I need to put e.g. AS14618 (for AWS) or just 14618 in the ASN field. Help!

Use the following format AS24940 ( also try this ASN )

If another ASN couldn’t be added then that means that there is problem retrieving information regarding that ASN ( will need to check this on the server side regarding whois protocol, but seems they don’t publish ip blocks to it – need to add error information display on the form ).

hmm I think here will be wise to be added form for manual entry of the ip ranges e.g. if whoi doesn’t find it and you have it from another sources then you can use them.

Just checked the service and only RIPE registry is working on the server side at the moment. Tomorrow I’ll enable another services and add error message to the form.

Good idea. It’s a really neat option, thanks for adding it!

    Hi,

just updated the plugin with error message and updated the whois service on the server side. Will work for your ASXXXX numbers.

    Enjoy!
