As Admin I am IP blocked and time is not unblocking me

SO when I try to log in to my WordPress site with All In One WP Security & Firewall enabled, the login is refused because my IP address is blocked. But it never unblocks me even after days and weeks and months.

The only way for me to log in is to disable AIO WP security from file system of the server.

So once I log in as Administrator I try to edit the settings, but I cannot do it through the Administrator’s back end without actually activating the Plug-In. So I activate the plug-in and it logs me out and I am immediately locked out.

It seems I need a way to manually edit the offending setting that is locking me out.
