As a new person to all this, where the hell are the instructions for AGAMA?

AS a new person to all this, I am finding it extremely frustrating that I can not find any simple instructions for AGAMA. I am having all sorts of issues with a few of the WroedPress Themes as it is, but I am totally flabbergasted with this theme. So my question is were are the instructions? Not all of us are tech heads, some of us are older and trying to keep up. Someone please tell me a good easy theme that can be used for a Dog Breed and Rescue Club?
