As a Developer run far far away from this crapheap

EDITED TO ADD: They have done little to nothing in regards to improving this horrible mess. INSTALL THE CLASSIC EDITOR and never look back. Our firm made a big mistake thinking they would improve on this and they did NOTHING. Glitches, issues and all the custom things WE had to put in to make it work. You should be ashamed of yourselfs for this. Hundreds of hours lost at our firm because you don’t have the balls to fix or retract this. Maybe WordPress is not the answer anymore… this plugin surely isn’t after it was forced onto us.

This is horrible. I understand wanting to update things, but this is a nightmare. For me it’s difficult to navigate through this mess, trying to teach my clients how to update their site now is 100 times harder. There is ways to get around this, codes to put in the functions file and plugins. I suggest to everyone to use these tools to circumvent this total fail of an update. To say this is a user experience issue is the understatement of the year.
