ArtPlacer Widget Plugin

Hi,
Getting the below errors when i activated the Art placer widget plugin in my wordpress site. Could you please help me to resolve these errors.

1. Notice: wp_enqueue_script was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or login_enqueue_scripts hooks. This notice was triggered by the artplacer handle.
2. Notice: add_submenu_page was called incorrectly. The seventh parameter passed to add_submenu_page() should be an integer representing menu position.
