Artist name not displaying

I am building a website for a venue that will be holding events with differnet people/artists etc. I have used Gigpress before so planned to use it again here. However, the plugin is not displaying the artist’s name above each event.

I have turned off all other plugins, but there is no plugin conflict. I have inspected code and there does not appear to be any issues, and I have compared settings to other instances of Gigpress that I have used on other sites that are working fine….

Can anyone suggest any other ideas as to why the artist name is just not showing (fyi, I did check it wasnt white font against white background just to make sure!)
